Binding Apparatus

Delivery of More Than 700 Units

Reinforced steel bars, round steel bars, and shaped steel are bound with annealing wires (SWRM).
The following standard models are available according to the product shape and size.
Annealing wires can be replaced quickly.
Major consumable parts are stocked, so it is possible to promptly supply them.

Special Specification Binding Apparatus

We will manufacture binding apparatuses tailored to product sizes and existing facilities by using the standard models.

Number Counting Device and Separation Equipment

Steel bars can be counted at high speed (12 bars/second).

This equipment is installed in the finishing machine in the rolling mill that will count the reinforced bars and round steel bars and separate them by the specified number of bars at a high speed.

Highly accurate counting can be conducted by the special sensor and separation can be accurately carried out by the separation machine through the link motion.

The setting of the product size can be easily carried out by replacing the cassette type guide and wheel.

Fractional Bundle Making Equipment

Dangerous work that had been conducted by humans in the product warehouse can be carried out automatically.

This equipment will pull out steel bars from the bundled products of reinforced steel bars produced in the rolling mill and make bundles in which the size and length requested by the user are combined.

By installing the binding machine and tagging machine, full automation of the work after unbinding can be carried out.

Automatic Tagging Machine

Tagging can be done automatically and labor saving can be realized.

This machine will attach tags issued by the tag issuing machine to the end section of the products bound using the φ 2.0 mm annealing wire in the slinging part in the finishing machine.

Labels where the data is managed in conjunction with the production management system can be automatically attached to the products that are bound. We also offer a plant-wide production management data system.

Shaped steel Stacking Equipment

Shaped steel such as angle steel, tapered steel, I-steel, H-steel, channel steel, etc., can be automatically stacked in the preset style of packing.

For angle steel, tapered steel, and channel steel, stacking can be conducted by combining the normal rotation row and reverse rotation row. By preliminarily setting each size and each length, the combination of the number of steel bars in the normal rotation row and the number of steel bars in the reverse rotation row can be automatically conducted.

We have delivered various types of models and stacking equipment tailored to the capacity of rolling mills in more than 30 locations at home and abroad, and we will engineer stacking equipment tailored to customer requests.

Billet-Conveying Equipment

Directly conveyed from the continuous caster to the rolling mill.

This equipment will converge the billets after being cut by the billet shears in each strand and directly convey them to the heating furnace or rolling equipment.

In the case of conveyance to the heating furnace, by enabling the conveyance of the billets at high temperatures, a reduction in the heating time and furnace fuel can be achieved.
In direct conveyance to the rolling equipment, significant process cost reduction can be achieved.

We will make a plan for efficient equipment tailored to the existing plant layout.

Billet-Cooling Bed

By rolling and cooling billets, bending can be suppressed

This equipment is aimed at suppressing the bending and deformation of billets produced by the continuous caster and is perfect for the uniform cooling of steel materials.

The major component facilities consist of single-billet-cutting equipment that separates and pulls out in increments of one product conveyed by the existing pusher, a fixed/movable rake, and a stacking table.

Billet-Marking Device

Letters can be written on the edge face of billets at high temperatures.

The paint jet method in which paint is sprayed by high pressure has been adopted and the line width is constant and clear as compared with the existing air spray method.

The production history with respect to each steel bar can be accurately grasped. This can be applied to inventory control systems by combination with a recognition device. Therefore, it is perfect for quality assurance and the traceability of steel materials.

Chamfering Equipment

This equipment chamfers the edge face of the product in the special steel bar inspection equipment.

Chamfering can be conducted by pushing the rotating steel bar against a grinder while being transversely fed. Grinding of the cut surface on the edge can be carried out at the same time.

A dust collector can be installed on the grinder to prevent dust discharge.

We have a number of results with special steel manufacturers and will make a plan meeting the processing capacity and product size and length.

Incidental Equipment for Flaw Detecting Machine

This equipment accurately supplies special round steel bars and pipes to the flaw detecting machine.

A plan can be made meeting the specifications of each flaw detecting machine manufacturer and furthermore, whole-facility engineering, including the supply tables before and after the machine and the maintenance equipment, can be realized.

In the special flaw condition, END-TO-END conveyance in which the front end and back end of the products are closely attached and continuously conveyed, can be realized.
